Your session has ended. The following are some possible reasons that could cause this:

1. The most likely reason is that the security level has not been set appropriately in the Internet Explorer browser. We recommend that you modify your browser security options as follows:

• Go to the Tools menu and select Internet Options
• Click on the Security tab.
• Click on the Trusted Sites icon.
• On the Security level for this zone slider on the lower left, slide it down to the bottom where it should read Low.
• Click the Sites... button.
• If Require server verification (https:) for all sites in this zone is checked, un-check it.
• Click the Add button.
• Click the OK button on the Trusted Sites dialog box.
• Click the OK button on the Internet Options dialog box.

Other reasons that you might get an expired session message are:

2. Your browser is configured not to accept cookies. Please make sure your browser is set up to accept cookies.

3. You waited too long to fill the fields, your session timed out and you will have to restart your study.

4. You pointed your browser directly to a URL that is supposed to be reached only by the software.
